Hi my name is Colleen Pollinger and I am blessed to be part of the MartinGroup Properties team. I am one of the rare "locals" in Charlotte and have lived here my entire life. I graduated from UNC Charlotte in 2015 with a bachelors degree in sociology and a minors in gerontology/psychology. Since then, I have fulfilled my dreams of pursing a career in gerontology as well as getting married to my wonderful, supportive husband. We have two children.

I bring a passion to serve our MartinGroup Properties clients and look forward to providing a high level of customer service.
