It is a daunting experience when buying your first home, but Greg gave concise clarity with every question I had and made me feel 110% comfortable with the process. His team provided a turn key service to get me all the information I needed like house inspections, well inspections, and making sure everything was above board with the easement located on the property. In addition to all that, he was excellent at negotiating on my behalf and making sure that all parties walked away happy. Let me start by saying that Greg is knowledgeable, a gentleman, hardworking, honest, reliable, thorough and a great communicator. Even if a real estate agent had one of these qualities it would be enough to choose him/her...in this case Greg has it all. He also has a great team to match. I found Greg in the most mundane of ways, not from a referral (because I didn't seek one); but finding him on my own through Google and Zillow. My approach to an agent was like my approach to everything in my life; earned on my own and through my own efforts and hard work. Thus, I wanted something similar in my real estate agent. I "interviewed" him when we first met; and I quickly could see this man was a straight shooting, knowledgeable man with integrity. Thus, I chose him as my real estate agent; we looked at homes with a targeted approach...and we finally found and closed on a home. In short, Greg and his team should be your go-to folks for handling your real estate needs!

Greg and Wendy were amazing during the hectic and sometimes emotional process of looking for and buying a house in the Charlotte area. While looking, the market was very hot with homes going off the market within 24 hours of the list posting. I probably looked at 50+ homes and Greg worked hard to find me the right fit. Greg was always available to meet me at a home with short notice. He is knowledgeable of home buying as an investment and gave me sound advice about making money in re-sale in a few years. During the months I was waiting for my home to be built, Greg was always available to answer my panicked questions about construction and the new build process. Wendy was the hero behind the scenes.
