Kristen was born and raised in North Carolina. She grew up in Midland, NC, and currently resides in Concord, NC. With more than 20 years of experience in residential leasing and real estate, Kristen has built a diverse career spanning property management, home sales, and residential leasing.

Kristen began her career as an apartment manager, gaining valuable experience in property operations and resident relations. She later transitioned into manufactured home sales and leasing with Sun Communities, where she played an integral role in the growth of a 242-lot community in Concord, NC. When she joined the community, there were only three homes in the development. Kristen remained dedicated to the community throughout its growth and was there until the development reached full occupancy.

Throughout her career, Kristen has had the opportunity to work with several well-known companies, including RE/MAX, Tricon Residential, and Invitation Homes, where she established herself as a leading agent. These experiences have allowed her to develop a strong understanding of the residential real estate market and a passion for helping people find the right place to call home.

Outside of her professional career, Kristen is a proud wife and mother. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 22 years, and together they have two daughters. For more than 12 years, Kristen and her family traveled extensively while supporting their daughters' competitive cheerleading careers. Now that her children are grown, she is embracing this new chapter of life and enjoying the opportunities that come with an empty nest.

Kristen enjoys both the mountains and the beach—depending on the day! At heart, however, she appreciates country living, peaceful surroundings, and a relaxed atmosphere. Her genuine personality, extensive real estate experience, and passion for connecting with people make her a valuable resource for clients navigating their real estate journey.

Fun Fact: Kristen and her husband have been together since they were just 11 years old. They met in sixth grade and have been by each other’s side ever since—a true high school sweetheart story that has grown into more than two decades of marriage.
